This is a beautiful ruby flash pitcher which measures 5" high. It has a hexagonal and marquis cuts at the bottom.
This is engraved in gold: "To My Wife," and on the other side "Erwin." Inside we found a note "Pappy was 22, Mammy was 15, Married Nov. 10, 1906. Pappy Died Nov. 22, 1970, Mammy died Apr. 21, 1971. Bought 1906 for Edna Borger Andrew by Erwin Andrew." This dates the pitcher as being made prior to 1906.
This is in excellent condition, from an estate sale, and was kept in a cabinet for many years. There is no wear to the flashing and no chips or cracks in the pitcher.
