The shops on Collectors Online Mall (COM) are all operated by individual sellers.  Collectors Online Mall offers a platform on which to sell.   Sellers may operate one or more shops.

Individual sellers may offer their choice of approved payment processors.  The items that you buy from COM will be shipped by the individual sellers, therefore delivery times will vary according to each sellers policy.

While you will find that the majority of purchases go smoothly, occassionally items are lost in the mail, or other unforseen circumstances may occur.  Please contact your seller to resolve delays, broken items, arrange returns, etc.  

If you have a problem with a seller regarding unreceived merchandise or merchandise drastically different from that described, please do not hesitate to contact the mall administrator.  While we are not responsible for merchandise not received, our desire is to keep our site free of scams.   Sellers with repeated complaints of this nature will come under review for termination.
